Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract.

The reimbursement does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This statutory exception may apply in particular to appropriately sealed food supplements where the product-specific seal has been removed after delivery and the product is subsequently no longer suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Merely opening the shipping carton does not result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. What matters is whether an existing product-specific seal has been removed under the statutory conditions described above.

Statutory rights in respect of defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

4. Product-Specific Requirement

The provision concerning sealed goods may be used only if Blattkraft is actually supplied with a clearly recognisable product-specific original, hygiene or security seal.

The following alone are not sufficient:

• a closed shipping carton,
• ordinary outer packaging,
• a resealable cap without a recognisable seal.

The following should be documented from a technical and organisational perspective:

• the specific type of seal used,
• how an intact seal can be recognised,
• whether returned goods with a removed seal may not be resold for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
• how this condition is checked and documented when returns are received.

5. Requirements for the Electronic Withdrawal Function

In addition to the withdrawal information, the online shop must provide an electronic withdrawal function.

Minimum Requirements

1. The function must remain permanently available throughout the withdrawal period.
2. It must be easy to access and clearly highlighted.
3. The first button must be labelled “Withdraw from contract” or use an equally unambiguous wording.
4. The customer must be able to enter the information required to identify the relevant contract.
5. Before final submission, the customer must expressly confirm the withdrawal, for example by selecting “Confirm withdrawal”.
