How quickly will I receive an answer?
We answer your enquiry as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Processing may take a little longer during periods of particularly high demand. If your question concerns an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Where can I find information about ingredients?
You can find all important information on ingredients, composition, recommended intake and notes on the relevant product page as well as on the label and packaging. If you have a question about a particular component beyond that, our customer service team will be happy to help.
How can I change my order?
Please use our contact form or email us. Changes are only possible while your order has not yet been fully processed or handed over for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we can no longer change the order.
Do you offer advice on use?
Yes, we are happy to answer general questions about our products, their ingredients and the intended use in accordance with the product description. However, we cannot provide a medical diagnosis or individual treatment recommendation. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have questions about use by minors, please seek medical or pharmaceutical advice before use.
How can I return a product?
Please contact us by contact form or email before returning an item and provide your order number. We will then send you the information needed for the return. Returns are governed by the terms of our cancellation policy. Please note that unsealed or already opened products may be excluded from return for health and hygiene reasons. If goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered, please also send us a photo of the product and packaging.
